The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the nearby shops and restaurants. The front desk staff was friendly and spoke fluent English. It was convenient that there was a grocery store nearby for stocking up on snacks for the day.
The room provided was not as quiet as requested, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the cleaning cars in the early morning were quite loud and disruptive.

The apartment is very new, recently renovated, very nice furniture. It has almost everything in terms of kitchenware, not so in terms of details of the wc. The swimming pool, in spite of being out of the facilities, very pretty although there was the dirty water. It has parking at a more than reasonable price and is very well located if your intention is to make purchases.
Off-site pool, 10 minute walk, but what's the surprise? That you have to pay for the hammocks separately. It's 2 euros. Yes, but it's quite sad. Besides the water was very dirty, nobody was watching that and I didn't think anybody cared about the amount of insects that were chasing you around the hammock area. Basic breakfast, right, but in an area where the space is very very limited and you always have to queue, besides it was very hot in that space. Cleanliness is conspicuous by its absence, they come in the afternoon when you are usually in the apartment and, either you leave, or they don't make your room. Even for the cleaning they do, it leaves a lot to be desired (under the bed there was dirt from at least 2 months ago..)

Make sure the parking lot is wide and right next to the hotel. Close to the shopping area. Hall, you can use it as a dressing room, inside mirror in the closet. Big sink. It has a hair dryer but it's not very powerful. They gave us two pillows right away. Which has wifi.
There's only one socket on one of the bedside tables, one in the washroom and one in the entrance. water in the shower was either too hot or too cold. price of the parking, 15? night, something expensive but next to the hotel, is worth it for the comfort and it is wide. entrance with a few stairs, you have to climb the suitcase by hand. At night it is hot, we had to open for a while. room is a bit small, toilet is big but the shelf is small to leave toiletries and hall is good. Check out at 11 am.

breakfast is buffet type, typical and for all the tastes, coffee of machine not suitable for sibaritas, agility when replacing, some day the plates, by below, were something dirty, I want to attribute it to a misdirection and I advise to watch, otherwise everything correct and very amiable personnel, to emphasize that it is not the same price for adults and children. parking is not more expensive than others, on the contrary, 15? per day, for Andorra very well and parking is very wide, my car is big and I had no problem. In my case the huge room of 46m2 capacity for six occupied by three, 78. 35 euro day. To clarify that it is a 3 stars, there are no "luxuries" but this very well only some detail separates it from 4 stars. They have arranged a pool to ten minutes that you can use all year, is a thermal pool with water at 27 º C and good views of the mountains, loungers to 2? day, by the way, in the bar you can enjoy mojitos, etc. In short. if next year I go to Andorra, first hotel I will look for will be this one,
Because it is critical and not a problem, from the street to the hotel there are stairs without a ramp and they can become a problem for people with limited mobility when carrying their luggage or simply uncomfortable. The access to the car park is outside and there is no direct access from the hotel but it is 15 meters away
